Welcome to IKDSG

The International Knee Dislocation Study Group (IKDSG) is an international collaborative of orthopaedic surgeons, researchers, and educators dedicated to improving the understanding and treatment of knee dislocations and complex multiligament knee injuries (MLKI).

​

Due to the rarity and complexity of these injuries, meaningful scientific progress requires collaboration across institutions, countries, and healthcare systems. IKDSG was established to facilitate multicentre research, consensus development, education, and registry initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes worldwide.
